NEW!!! Special fee reduction of 50% for Multi-Country Abstract Submission

We invite multi-country collaborative students from minimum two different countries to jointly submit an abstract. The two or more students need to appear by name, school and country in the joint abstract submission. They need to be present to deliver their joint presentation and they have to travel from their respective countries.

The joint submission of such abstracts has to be made in a separate online link (see CALL FOR ASBTRACTS) and each student will be invoiced separately reflecting the 50% discount. Final acceptance will be complete when all students involved have completed their registration process. All names mentioned have to register and the 50% will be valid when all registrations of students in such presentations are completed.

The Full Registration fee includes:

*Lunch coupons (free of charge) for 13–15 March 2026 are offered by Top-Kinisis Travel Agency only to those who book their accommodation through the conference website and are fully registered to the conference. Participants who do not stay at the conference’s recommended hotels will need to purchase their lunch coupons. The lunch will be offered at the Conference Venue.

**Students under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by a school teacher or parent.

***Based on the privacy policy of the organisers read here, photographs and videos will be captured during the conference activities and will be published during the event and on the conference website. Participants will be able to download photos and videos from the conference website.
